NEU Group is seeking an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist (Buyer) in Dallas, TX, to support global sourcing, supplier performance, and cost-saving initiatives. The role involves 25–30% travel to project sites in West Texas and collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will analyze spend, manage POs, and implement continuous improvements across procurement processes to drive production efficiency and business growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
• Strong PO management and order fulfillment knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical thinker with negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Create, place, and manage global purchase orders with on-time delivery.
• Monitor orders, identify risks, and coordinate resolutions with suppliers.
• Maintain reporting on open POs, delivery status, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
• Track weekly inventory across multiple locations and ensure logistics efficiency.
• Analyze spend categories to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop continuous improvements across procurement and supply chain processes.
• Generate KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
• Support demand planning by evaluating supplier lead times and forecasts.
• Resolve production and supply issues that could affect delivery schedules.
