This high-visibility role partners with NA Head of Liquidity & Account Solutions to translate data into insights, drive strategic execution, and manage finance-led programs in a rapidly evolving global environment.

Ability to influence without authority and drive execution across diverse stakeholders and geographies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives.

Responsibilities

Lead the North America Liquidity & Account Solutions business management agenda, including performance management, priority-setting, and senior decision support.
Own management reporting and executive narratives: build and deliver materials for leadership reviews; translate data into insights, options and actions.
Establish and run business cadence: OKRs, initiative tracking, governance routines; define targets and monitor progress against outcomes.
