You will oversee data centers, cloud environments, networks, and ERP-related infrastructure, aligning initiatives with business growth and digital transformation.

The role emphasizes cloud modernization, hybrid infrastructure, and cost optimization, with a strong focus on uptime, security, and executive communication.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network engineering.
• 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience in multi-site manufacturing environments or distributed operations.
• Expert in enterprise networking, hybrid infrastructure, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Craft and implement a multi-year infrastructure and networking roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Drive modernization programs, including cloud adoption and hybrid infrastructure models.
• Oversee enterprise cloud strategy with a focus on integration.
• Ensure exceptional uptime, performance, and reliability across systems.
• Collaborate with security leaders to enhance infrastructure protection and compliance.
• Lead a high-performing infrastructure team and manage vendor partnerships.
• Manage the infrastructure budget, focusing on cost optimization and vendor consolidation.
• Direct infrastructure workstreams supporting ERP deployments and facility expansions.
