Job summary

Minth North America is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead NA HR Centers of Excellence and oversee governance for compensation, policy, immigration, benefits, and shared services. This 100% on-site role is based at the Wixom, MI headquarters and reports to the MNA HR Director.

You will drive HR strategy, ensure compliance, and partner with leaders across the region to execute people initiatives. The ideal candidate has extensive HR leadership experience, strong knowledge of US and NA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, labor relations, organizational development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA COEs and governance for centralized HR programs across US/Canada.
• Oversee recruiting of HR leadership and confidential searches.
• Govern compensation programs, market analyses, and internal equity.
• Manage immigration and global mobility support across NA.
• Oversee HR Shared Services Center, policy administration, and compliance.
