Job summary

Minth North America invites a Human Resources Manager to lead centralized HR Centers of Excellence across North America from its Wixom, Michigan headquarters. You will govern policy, recruiting, compensation, immigration, benefits, and the HR Shared Services Center while guiding local HR teams and business leaders.

The role emphasizes building structure, developing teams, and turning HR strategy into scalable, compliant processes with strong service to the business and employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, labor relations, organizational development, or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience with at least 3 years in HR management/leadership.
• Experience leading HR Centers of Excellence, Shared Services, or multiple centralized HR functions.
• Experience recruiting HR leadership, corporate leadership, confidential, or business-critical roles.
• Experience supporting multiple facilities, locations, or geographic regions.
• Strong ability to interpret and apply employment policies and legal requirements.
• Experience with compensation reviews, organizational changes, and terminations.
• Willingness to travel within North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America COE leadership and governance.
• Own HR policy interpretation, development, and administration.
• Direct North America recruiting and leadership searches.
• Govern compensation administration and reviews.
• Coordinate Talent Development Review (TDR) process.
• Govern immigration and global mobility for North America.
• Oversee employee benefits governance and enrollment.
• Manage HR Shared Services Center operations.
• Partner with HR Business Partner and local HR teams across sites.
• Ensure HR programs comply with laws and align with corporate strategy.
