Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in North America seeks a Senior Manager- Mobility to lead immigration and relocation programs for the United States and Canada, with advisory support to Mexico as needed.

You will design governance, drive vendor relationships, ensure compliance, and partner with Talent Acquisition, Legal, Payroll, Tax, and Finance to align mobility with business goals. This role reports to the Global Mobility Center of Expertise and requires strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in global mobility, immigration, and relocation.
• Experience managing U.S. and Canada immigration programs in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment-based immigration processes, relocation programs, and compliance requirements.
• Experience consulting with senior leaders and HR partners on mobility and talent matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America Mobility team in collaboration with business leaders, HR, and Talent Acquisition.
• Oversee immigration programs, vendor relationships, and governance.
• Provide guidance on mobility strategies, budgeting, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of mobility programs.
• Partner with Global Mobility COE to align with enterprise-wide standards.
