Ultimo, an IFS company, seeks a high-impact FP&A Senior Finance Business Partner for North America. You will partner with regional leaders to shape pricing, hiring, investment and growth, bringing financial insight early in the decision process.

Qualifications

• 7+ years FP&A or related experience in SaaS or professional services.
• Based in the United States within ETZ for real-time collaboration.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex modeling and data handling.
• Interest in AI and automation to scale FP&A.

Responsabilités

• Lead forecasting and annual budgeting for North America across Ultimo and FSI.
• Build project-level reporting and provide insight into margins and revenue recognition.
• Drive utilization, capacity and resource planning for the services organization.
• Turn monthly performance data into actionable business insight (revenue, ARR, gross margin, costs).
• Partner with North American leadership on pricing, hiring and investments.
• Champion AI/automation to improve finance speed and scalability.
