Job summary

Standex Engraving in Fraser, MI seeks a Senior Finance Manager, North America to own budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and the integrity of NA accounting across the US, Canada, and Mexico. You will lead the NA finance team, drive KPIs, and partner with operations and leadership to translate financial data into decisions that improve P&L performance.

The role requires strong ERP (SAP) experience, consolidation tools (OneStream), and a proven track record in SOX/COSO compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, with FP&A and leadership.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and reporting.
• Month-end close oversight, internal controls, GAAP in multi-entity env.
• Strong ERP experience (SAP) and consolidation tools (OneStream).

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget, forecasts, and weekly forecasting across NA entities.
• Lead variance analysis, scenario planning, and management reporting.
• Develop KPIs and provide financial modeling for growth and capital.
• Lead NA finance/accounting team and ensure timely, accurate execution.
• Oversee month-end close, CER/LER requests, and SOX/COSO compliance.
• Support NA Finance + SAP integration and common NA P&L design.
