The Finance Manager, North America is responsible for the day-to-day accounting and finance operations across the North American business — the United States, Canada, and Mexico — ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the region's financial records. This role leads the core accounting function — month-end close, general ledger, reconciliations, taxes, payroll, and consolidation — and provides oversight of the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Collections, and Senior Accountant roles. As the senior accounting/finance operator for the region, the Finance Manager ensures the books are closed correctly and on schedule, enforces internal controls in a publicly traded (SOX) environment, and delivers reliable financial data to the Director of Finance and executive leadership. Strategic financial planning and FP&A for the region are owned by the Director of Finance; the Finance Manager partners with that leader by providing accurate, timely financial information and analysis support.
