Job summary

Systems, LLC, an affiliate of Chamberlain Group, seeks a Finance lead to partner with dock equipment manufacturing and the supply chain team in achieving business and financial objectives.

You will manage the yearly budget, monthly forecasts, and cost reporting, overseeing product costing and standard costs while coordinating across functions. Strong FP&A, US GAAP, and SAP/BPC expertise are essential; up to 50% travel across North America is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years financial support in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Finance lead/business partner to dock equipment manufacturing and supply chain teams.
• Develop yearly budget, monthly forecasts, and scorecard metrics to drive decisions.
• Manage monthly material, labor, overhead spend and cost reduction projects.
• Oversee product costing process and determine annual/new product standard costs.
• Forecast and report inventory positions as part of S&OP processes.
• Ensure internal controls and risk management awareness; drive process improvements.
• Super user in SAP/ECC, Power BI, and BPC; train and support new functionality.
