Job summary

Syngenta Crop Protection is seeking a North American Project Manager in Greensboro, NC. The role leads end-to-end delivery for assigned projects within the NA Crop Protection Development portfolio, aligning with strategy and governance.

You will manage resources, risks, and timelines, and work with Marketing to align project pipelines with commercial plans. The position requires a Bachelor's/Master's or equivalent, advanced English, and PM experience; PMP or equivalent is desirable.

Qualifications

• Advanced English language proficiency (reading, writing and speaking).
• Minimum 2 years work experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional multi-functional project teams to consolidate information on projects.
• Identify, document and manage resources, timelines, risks, issues, and opportunities to control development process.
• Lead projects through stage gate promotions at Regional and Global Levels.
• Ensure proper documentation for stage promotions is prepared and archived.
