Siemens Healthineers North America is seeking a senior leader to head the North American credit and collections organization, accelerating cash flow, reducing past-due receivables, and strengthening order-to-cash performance. The role combines hands-on portfolio leadership with team development across the United States and Canada.

You will set portfolio strategy, approve or recommend credit terms, and develop processes to mitigate risk while guiding large, sensitive accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 5 to 10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Set portfolio strategy by balance, aging, risk, dispute status, and customer importance.
• Reduce past-due receivables, unapplied cash, short payments, deductions, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate dispute resolution, payment plans, holds, escalations, and write-off recommendations.
• Lead North American credit and collections professionals; drive performance and development.
• Standardize collection workflows and improve cash forecasting and reporting.
