Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years in Credit/Collections or relevant experience.
• 3+ years SAP experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support the collection team in resolving past-due balances and achieving collection objectives.
• Provide guidance on account issues, collection strategies and escalations.
• Prepare periodic collection reports and account updates for management.
• Meet regularly with management to review account concerns and actions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with changes.
• Assist with training and development of Credit Analysts to promote best practices.
• Manage collection activities for assigned accounts and secure payment.
• Monitor aging, payment trends, and credit exposure to identify risks.
• Negotiate payment arrangements when balances cannot be collected in full.
• Document collection activity and follow-up reminders in the system.
• Maintain follow-up on delinquent accounts until issues are resolved.
• Escalate complex matters with supporting information.
