Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects in North America.
• Proven track record of delivering complex multi-million dollar projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of North American construction regulations, codes, and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement construction management strategies aligned with global objectives and regional market demands.
• Lead and manage a team across North America, fostering safety, quality, and collaboration.
• Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards; mitigate risks.
• Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and regulators.
• Drive process improvements in construction methods, technologies, and safety.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and subcontractors.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and resolve complex challenges.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Prepare and present reports on project performance and status to leadership.
• Champion sustainability in construction activities.
