St. Luke’s Home Park Avenue Villa is seeking a compassionate Medication Aide/Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living needs and medication administration.

This PRN (as needed) position requires dependable weekend and holiday coverage and the ability to work with a caring team. Responsibilities include administering medications per physician orders, documenting accurately, following care plans, monitoring vital signs, assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with HS diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• CNA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medication per physician orders and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.
• Follow care plans and communicate any changes in tenant condition to the nursing team.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure and pulse.
• Assist tenants with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Play a key role in building strong and meaningful relationships with tenants.
• Assist with meal service.
• Adhere to safety and infection control policies and procedures.

PRN CaregiverPark Avenue Villa is a 37-unit assisted living facility. Park Avenue Villa promotes independent living and provides a range of daily services including meals, housekeeping services, social events, personal care and 24-hour emergency response.We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Medication Aide/Nursing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality personal care to our tenants, as well as supporting their physical and emotional well-being. This ad is for a PRN (as needed), position.
