Job summary

Brenwood Park Assisted Living in Wisconsin is seeking a Medication Aide (All Shifts) to safely administer prescribed medications and provide compassionate resident care. Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Observe residents during medication administration and report concerns, changes in condition, or adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate medication documentation and medication administration records (MARs).
• Respond to resident needs, including PRN medication requests, and monitor effectiveness.
• Complete medication cart audits, controlled substance counts, and medication inventory management.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety standards.
• Protect resident rights, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Report medication errors, safety concerns, abuse, neglect, or policy violations promptly.
• Participate in care planning, team meetings, and required training.
• Assist with resident care and other community responsibilities as needed.

About the Opportunity

The Medication Aide is responsible for safely administering prescribed medications and treatments to residents who require assistance, while ensuring compliance with all state regulations, community policies, and best practices.
