Responsibilities

• Provide independent assessment of NA reserves and reserve risks
• Communicate quarterly reserve analyses to NA leadership
• Lead and develop a NA reserving capability
• Mentor and develop team to senior actuarial and business leadership roles
• Identify trends and macro factors impacting the business and propose corrective actions
