Job summary

Everest is seeking a Senior Reserving Actuary to lead global reserving across Insurance and Reinsurance portfolios. You will drive reserve governance, provide independent assessments, and communicate reserve indications to executive leadership.

Partner with Finance and Regulatory teams, oversee model governance, and mentor actuaries. This role demands FCAS, 15+ years of P&C experience, and proven leadership in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• FCAS designation required.
• 15+ years of P&C actuarial experience.
• Extensive reserving leadership across commercial insurance and/or reinsurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual reserve reviews across multiple business segments.
• Provide independent assessment of reserve adequacy and reserve risk.
• Oversee development and communication of reserve indications and recommendations.
• Partner with Finance on reserve booking decisions and financial reporting.
