Covetrus is seeking a Senior Business Unit Controller for its North America operations within the MWI unit. This role leads revenue recognition, inventory control, and general accounting, partnering with Operations, FP&A and shared services to ensure accurate financials and strong internal controls.

The ideal candidate will have a CPA, 8+ years of finance experience, and hands-on management skills to mentor a high-performing team, drive a streamlined close, and provide strategic financial

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA certification required; MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of diverse financial experience in finance/accounting roles.
• 3+ years in a hands-on management position.

Responsabilidades

• Direct revenue recognition, inventory control, general accounting and compliance in collaboration with operations, FP&A and shared services.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and proper policies and procedures.
• Oversee monthly close with analytical review and accurate records.
• Own key controls including record to report, procure to pay, order to cash, leasing, inventory and fixed assets.
• Lead development of effective controls and action plans for gaps.
