• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience in medical devices, aesthetics, or life sciences.
• Proven success developing and executing brand plans, launches, and programs in cross-functional organizations.
• Experience in product lifecycle management and cross-functional commercialization.

Responsabilités

• Lead brand strategy and lifecycle management for Thermage across North America.
• Develop annual brand plans, omnichannel campaigns, and performance KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Global Marketing to inform innovation and go-to-market readiness.
• Drive revenue growth, market share, customer adoption, and profitability.
