Job summary

Siemens Advanta North America is seeking an AI & New Technologies Consultant to help clients translate AI and emerging technologies into measurable business impact. You will join interdisciplinary teams to prioritize AI opportunities, shape scalable solutions, and move from advisory recommendations to implementation-ready outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2-3+ years in management consulting or AI/analytics-enabled transformation.
• Experience translating ambiguous business, operational, technology, or data needs into AI use cases, value cases, roadmaps.
• Working knowledge of AI and industrial technology concepts including Physical AI, Industrial AI, generative AI, analytics, IT/OT integration.
• Ability to connect AI opportunities to industrial operations.
• Collaboration with Siemens SMEs and delivery teams to translate advisory into solutions.
• Hands-on experience using analytical/AI tools to analyze data and prototype workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to domestic and international client locations.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Structure ambiguous business, operational, and technology challenges into clear workplans, hypotheses, analyses, decisions, and execution paths.
• Identify and prioritize AI/Physical AI/Industrial AI use cases tied to measurable value.
• Translate needs into use case definitions, MVPs, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Assess data readiness, system constraints, IT/OT integration, cybersecurity, and adoption barriers.
• Support data platform, automation, robotics, and IT/OT integration concepts for scalable AI solutions.
• Build analyses, light prototypes, workflow mockups, and executive-ready deliverables.
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and demos to align stakeholders on priorities and risks.
• Coordinate with client teams and Siemens SMEs to move recommendations into implementation.
