Job summary

Carlisle Residential Properties is seeking a full-time Community Manager for the Myrtle Beach area to supervise all aspects of property operations. You will lead site staff, oversee leasing, maintenance coordination, and budgeting while partnering with the Regional Manager on financial reporting and property performance.

Qualified candidates have at least two years of residential management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in property management software (Yardi preferred).

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of two years of residential management experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong financial reporting and budgeting understanding.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Computer literacy with property management software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, evaluate, and coach on-site employees.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Oversee leasing and marketing of vacant and upcoming apartments.
• Assist residents and respond to calls and emails.
• Process applications, leases, and paperwork.
• Collect rent, file court papers, and prepare move-out accounting.
• Inspect common areas, models, and vacant units; complete inspection reports.
• Ensure make-ready apartments are ready for new residents.
• Organize and participate in resident and community events.
• Process invoices and manage vendor bids; oversee capital projects.
• Manage renovation program.
• Other duties as assigned.
