Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a full-time Community Manager for the Myrtle Beach area to lead all aspects of community operations.

You will oversee leasing, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting, working with the Regional Manager to manage budgets and performance metrics. The ideal candidate has at least two years of residential management experience, strong communication skills, and a solid customer-service mindset to support residents and drive occupancy and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of residential management experience, including supervisory responsibility.
• Yardi experience desired.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and budget process.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Computer literacy and working knowledge of property management software.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site employees including hiring, training, evaluation, and coaching.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Oversee leasing and marketing of vacant and upcoming apartments.
• Assist residents and respond to inquiries by phone and email.
• Manage leasing tasks from applications to lease paperwork.
