Job summary

Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking a Construction Coordinator focused on MxU construction in Mesa, Arizona. The role requires hands-on fiber construction experience and coordination across internal and external teams.

The successful candidate will manage site surveys, client interactions, and deployments while ensuring quality, schedules, and documentation are maintained. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in fiber construction, last-mile and OSP with focus on MxU construction.
• Familiar with local dig laws.
• Strong leadership to mentor/subcontractors and vendors.
• Customer service acumen to interpret and deliver client needs.
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize projects.
• Solid understanding of fiber and coax engineering.
• Proficient with Google Suite to create and present data/reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MxU construction with internal and external parties.
• Coordinate site surveys/pre-construction meetings with property ownership or management.
• Support the MxU construction management function in overseeing FTTH MxU deployments.
• Interface with client MxU team coordinating project activities and admin requirements.
• Monitor QA, schedule commitments, troubleshooting, and final turnover to operations.
• Work cross-functionally to design and build scalable construction, installation, and support processes.
• Innovate methods with potential to change industry standards.
• Facilitate broad collaboration with clear communication and documentation.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings, driving action items to completion.
• Analyze data to make sound decisions and recommendations.
