Job summary

DASNY (Dormitory Authority - State of New York ) seeks an Opportunity Programs Group Analyst to monitor contractor compliance with MWBE/SDVOB goals, audit payments, and track participation during DASNY projects. The role involves education of vendors and coordination across project lifecycles.

Ideal candidates have a background in contract compliance, strong analytical skills, and experience with databases and reporting. Some travel and conferencing may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus three years relevant experience.
• Experience using databases and generating reports.
• Knowledge of MWBE, SDVOB and Article 15-A and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance of contracts with MWBE and SDVOB goals.
• Audit payments to MWBE/SDVOB subcontractors and confirm amounts.
• Track MWBE/SDVOB participation across contracts.
• Educate contractors on policies and applicable laws.
• Review waiver requests and advise on timelines for actions.
• Coordinate closeouts and maintain project files.
