Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division in the United States is hiring a MVC - Wire Technician II for 1st shift (5am–3:30pm). The role centers on complex electrical wiring and assembly of MVCA products, ensuring quality, safety, and proper documentation.

You will read schematics, perform in-process inspections, create NCMRs, troubleshoot wiring issues, and mentor new employees. A high school diploma, 3+ years MVCA wiring experience, and a Level 4 Wiring Certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of MVCA wiring experience required.
• Level 4 Wiring Certification required.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and routing maps.
• Proficiency with Burndy terminations and crimping tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex MVCA electrical wiring and assemblies.
• Create NCMRs and maintain shortage documentation.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure specs and workmanship standards.
• Train and mentor new employees on wiring processes and safety.
