Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years in power engineering or high-voltage systems.
• Ability to work 2nd shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM.
• Knowledge of IEEE/IEC/ANSI/NEMA standards.
• Familiar with test instruments: Megger, Doble, Omicron.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine electrical tests on MV transformers.
• Assist in high-voltage dielectric tests with proper safety margins.
• Maintain pass/fail logs and lead shift handovers.
• Draft Certified Test Reports using standard templates.
• Identify test failures and document symptom profiles for escalation.
• Set up and verify test equipment before shifts.
• Follow PPE and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
