• Mentor and coach product engineers, lead engineers, sustaining and test teams.
• Drive NPDI effectiveness and time-to-market improvements.
• Oversee lab testing, DVT, and regression tests for defect-free launches.
• Manage engineering OpEx and CapEx budgets.
