Qualifications

• College degree and/or relevant proven work experience preferred.
• 5–7 years¿ experience in financial servicing or related experience/credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate account administration for fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and/or custody accounts for complex client relationships.
• Coordinate resolution of client issues and inform clients of steps taken to resolve requests or problems.
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of governing documents and account agreements.
• Receive service requests from clients and partners, and communicate to service partners; obtain information to facilitate service changes or transactions.
• Oversee development of action plans for client servicing events and ensure execution and follow-up; inform clients of account status and document requests.
• Engage the Client Support Services Team on execution of client servicing events, account opening/closing, cash movement, and fee set-ups.
• Identify service efficiency improvements and new processes for service delivery.
