Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• GPA 3.0+
• Junior with a December 2027 or May 2028 graduation date
• Ability to leverage AI tools such as Copilot when working with large datasets
• Skilled in MS Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel
• Knowledge and understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a team environment
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing month-end fund shareholder reports, including semi-annual reports, schedules of investments, financial statements, notes to financial statements, prospectus reporting, and fact sheets
• Assist with SEC regulatory filings and compliance requirements, including N-PORT, N-CEN, and N-MFP
• Compile and validate data and disclosures for internal reporting and reports for Mutual Funds, Series Funds, and Core Funds boards of trustees/directors
• Improve and enhance process documentation to mature the internal controls environment
• Utilize AI-powered tools and data analytics to improve productivity
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization on reporting, data validation, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives
