Aquent partners with a leading financial services firm in Irvine, CA, seeking a meticulous financial reporting professional to safeguard the integrity of quarterly and annual disclosures. You will prepare and review mutual fund statements, shareholder reports, and regulatory deliverables with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Collaborating with Fund Accounting, Legal, Tax, and external auditors, you will ensure adherence to U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 2–4 years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, or audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement presentation.
• Experience with mutual funds and SEC reporting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review mutual fund financial statements, shareholder reports, and regulatory deliverables.
• Develop workpapers and supporting schedules for financial statements and audits.
• Scrutinize transactions, general ledgers, and reconciliations to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Collaborate with Fund Accounting, Legal, Tax, Valuation, offshore resources and auditors to resolve complex issues.
