Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture or related engineering field.
• 10+ years of experience in design, construction, conversions, or lifecycle management of large vessels.
• Experience managing complex shipbuilding programs.
• Strong knowledge of ILS, engineering change management, and configuration management.
• Willingness to travel extensively to shipyards.

Responsibilities

• Advise the MUSV PMG and lead technical direction across all design phases.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, classification rules, and regulatory standards.
• Own configuration management across multiple shipyards for the MUSV program.
• Interface with Sea Machines Robotics and the design agent for engineering support.
• Verify incorporation of ECPs/TCPs and customer-directed modifications.
• Support warranty administration and lifecycle logistics.
