Job summary

TMMG, LLC is seeking a Senior Waterfront Engineering & Production Integration Lead to support TOTE Services across design maturation, production planning, construction, equipment integration, testing, and vessel delivery for the LSM VCM Program.

The role requires extensive waterfront engineering experience, strong leadership, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure constructible, code-compliant solutions while aligning with schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in naval/marine engineering or shipbuilding programs.
• Experience reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, vendor documentation, and installation packages.
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to coordinate across engineering, production, and customer teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior on-site engineering representation across design maturation, production planning, construction, and vessel delivery phases.
• Ensure engineering documentation, vendor information, equipment selections, and installation sequencing are accurate and constructible.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation to prevent rework and production disruptions.
• Coordinate activities among engineering, production, vendors, ABS, and customers as primary technical liaison.
• Prepare executive technical reports, risk registers, and engineering recommendations.
