Music & Arts is seeking a Music Sales Rep to connect students, parents, and educators with instruments, accessories, and services. You will drive retail sales, rentals, and lessons by providing knowledgeable product guidance and building relationships with school music programs.

Formación

• Customer service and sales experience in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of instruments and accessories preferred.
• Familiarity with school programs or education outreach is a plus.

• Drive sales of instruments, accessories, rentals, and lessons to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of instruments, accessories, rentals, and lessons to meet or exceed targets
• Provide knowledgeable, consultative service to students, parents, and educators
• Build and maintain relationships with local school music programs and directors
• Process rentals, repairs, and special orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain merchandising, stock levels, and a clean, organized sales floor
• Support in-store events and outreach that promote music education and programs
• Use POS and CRM systems to complete transactions and track customer interactions
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Collaborate with store and school service teams to meet regional goals
• Stay current on product features, promotions, and music education offerings
