You will build relationships, demonstrate product knowledge, and guide families and educators to the right solutions in a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and recommending instruments and services.
• Drive sales by consistently achieving individual sales goals and contributing to store success.
• Maintain product knowledge across band, orchestra, piano categories to educate customers.
• Outreach to customers via calls and emails to strengthen relationships and drive new business.
• Keep customer data up-to-date and support events and promotions.
