Job summary

Ryman Hospitality Properties is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Las Vegas to deliver exceptional guest service, process transactions, and maintain attractive store displays across our entertainment venues. You’ll engage with guests, upsell products, and collaborate with tour guides to create souvenir photos for immediate display and sale.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ years in guest service or sales, strong communication, and a friendly, sales-oriented personality.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in guest service, sales, and/or cash handling.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing personality with sales aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to all guests and greet them as they enter the retail space.
• Process sales transactions using the POS system with cash handling.
• Merchandise and maintain displays; keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Assist guests with product information and events related to venues.
• Collaborate with tour guides to create and process souvenir photos for sale.
• Provide support for sales programs and meet performance targets.
