Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years' experience in guest service, sales, and/or cash handling.
• Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing personality and an aptitude for sales.
• Basic mathematical aptitude for cash handling and transaction processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and guest service tasks.
• Process sales transactions using POS and cash handling procedures.
• Assist with merchandising, stockroom upkeep, and store cleanliness.
• Coordinate with tour guides for souvenir photos and on-site experiences.
• Support brand SOPs and safety procedures.
