North Suffolk Community Services in East Boston, MA, is seeking a Music Therapist to join its Early Intervention Team. The role involves delivering developmentally appropriate therapy in homes, programs, or community settings to infants and toddlers birth to three. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred; Board Certification required.

Experience with EI and Spanish language skills a plus. Competitive benefits and a salary range of $56,340 to $67,500 annually.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy required.
• Board Certification in Music Therapy required.
• Experience in Infancy/Early Childhood preferred.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide EI screening, intake, evaluation and assessment.
• Provide direct child development and family support / case management.
• Participate in IFSP development and ongoing execution, review and evaluation.
• Collaborate with families and EI team to identify concerns, priorities and resources.
• Provide education, advocacy, and resources on child & parenting issues.
• Refer for discrete/specialized child therapies as needed.
• Coordinate intervention services with medical, state, and health providers.
• Assist in developing a transition plan for child and family.
