Thom Child & Family Services in Norwood, MA is seeking a board-certified Music Therapist to join our Early Intervention program serving infants and toddlers born to three years old and their families.

You will provide home and community-based services, collaborate with caregivers, and tailor interventions to each family's priorities, culture, and values while working with a multidisciplinary team. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Board-certified Music Therapist (RMT) credentials required.
• Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development.
• Ability to engage in meaningful therapeutic relationships with children and families.

Aufgaben

• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments of the client’s developmental status.
• Assess family and child strengths/resources, concerns, and progress.
• Provide child and family centered services for birth to three and their families using parent coaching.
• Provide service coordination by scheduling, developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the intervention plan.
• Partner with families in the development of IFSPs to identify goals and strategies.
• Facilitate parent-child interactions to support development.
• Complete progress notes and reports using Thom electronic documentation system.
• Provide individual and group intervention for infants and toddlers with delays.
