Job summary

Partners in Child Development in Lawrence, MA seeks a licensed Music Therapist (MT-BC) to join a multidisciplinary team delivering in-home EI services to children aged 0-3 and their families. You will implement IFSP-driven interventions using music to support speech, social, cognitive and motor development.

The role requires MT-BC licensure, a bachelor's degree (master's preferred), and 1–2 years of pediatric experience, plus a valid driver’s license for travel to Lawrence, Andover, North

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
• MT-BC licensure required by the Certification Board for Music Therapists.
• 1-2 years pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home EI services to children 0-3 with developmental delays or disabilities.
• Participate in evaluations, interventions and IFSP development.
• Coordinate with team members and external providers to address family outcomes.
