Job Description

The Retail Store Manager is responsible for managing daily sales and operations while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Essential Functions (not all-inclusive):

1. Manage the sales team through coaching, counseling, advising, supporting, motivating, and providing necessary information to help meet sales objectives.
2. Stay current on financial data, inventory, and other relevant statistics.
3. Ensure all products in the store are available for purchase and displayed appropriately.
4. Oversee and manage payroll, recruiting, hiring, and training of store employees.
5. Execute operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services daily for all assigned accounts.
6. Promote the Music & Arts lesson program and assist teachers.
7. Demonstrate outstanding customer service to every customer.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.
