Qualifications

Requires driving and ability to transport children as needed.
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred for music instruction.
License/permit or coursework in child development or related fields.
Must be at least 21 years old and meet safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide drums, guitar, keyboards and vocal instruction.
Create lesson plans and lead music lessons.
Develop and lead musical groups and talent shows.
Ensure resident safety and apply trauma-informed care.
Complete documentation and attend team meetings as required.
