Job summary

Ensemble Schools is seeking a part-time staff member to administer our Danville, CA location, Reeder Music Academy. You will be the primary contact for students, families, and teachers, helping keep day-to-day operations smooth and on schedule.

The role offers 15–20 hours per week, with potential to grow to full-time. Pay is $19–$20 per hour, with a 401(k) and health/vision/dental options after meeting eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and customer service.
• Interest in music and music education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting students arriving for lessons and ensuring teachers stay on schedule.
• Responding to scheduling-related phone calls and emails from students and families.
• Processing enrollments and conducting sales pitches.
• Interfacing with teachers to help them manage their student schedules.
• General administrative tasks as needed.
• Demonstrated organization and customer-service mindset are required.
