Job summary

The Orchard is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator, Rights Management, to resolve rights issues for client content and provide high-level support to internal and external partners. You will work on ownership conflicts across YouTube and other audio fingerprinting platforms.

You will be office-first, four days a week, collaborating closely with the Rights Management team to ensure fast, accurate resolutions and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, customer service, or legal fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
• Well-organized and attentive to detail.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple deadlines.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; follow-up and follow-through.
• Fluency in additional languages preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve rights-related issues, such as ownership conflicts and user disputes.
• Provide high-level internal and external support to ensure rapid resolution of rights-related issues.
• Maintain knowledge of proprietary platform technology (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, SoundCloud).
• Review, update, and audit content in YouTube CMS and Orchard tools with speed and accuracy under deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members and management, communicating issues and roadblocks.
