Job summary

The Orchard is a leading global music distributor and services company. We are seeking a Rights Management Coordinator to resolve ownership conflicts and rights-related issues on YouTube and other platforms.

Based in New York, you will work in an office-first environment, collaborating with teams to ensure swift resolution and accurate CMS management while supporting clients and internal partners with strong data and communication skills.

Qualifications

Experience in data entry, customer service, or legal fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
Well-organized and attentive to detail.
Comfort in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and able to manage multiple deadlines.
Outstanding written and verbal communication; impeccable follow-up and follow-through.

Responsibilities

Research and resolve rights-related issues, such as ownership conflicts, 3rd party claims, and user disputes.
Provide an extraordinary level of support internally and externally to ensure issues are resolved immediately.
Maintain knowledge of proprietary platform technology (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, SoundCloud) and related processes.
Review and audit content in YouTube CMS and The Orchard’s tools with detail, speed, and accuracy under deadlines.
Collaborate with team members and management; communicate issues and roadblocks.
Additional duties as assigned.
