Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations in Austin. You will manage inventory movement, assist customers, and ensure products are displayed according to planograms for a great shopping experience.

The role requires basic MS Office skills, the ability to work in a loud environment, and willingness to work weekends and evenings. This position offers growth within a dynamic music retail environment with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Handle inventory control tasks and maintain accurate stock records.
• Manage shipping and receiving of gear and store items.
• Perform cycle counting to verify inventory accuracy.
• Merchandise stock on the sales floor according to planograms.
• Create and place signage and price signs (POP) for displays.
• Monitor shrink and take corrective actions as needed.
• Assist with additional duties assigned by store leadership.
