Job summary

Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to support store operations in Columbus, OH. You will handle shipping and receiving, stock management, and merchandising to enhance the customer shopping experience.

The role requires basic Microsoft Office skills, comfort in a loud retail environment, and availability on weekends, holidays, and evenings. Physical tasks include lifting up to 40 lbs and assisting with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be able to work in a loud environment for 5-8 hours.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Tasks related to inventory control.
• Shipping and receiving of gear and other items.
• Cycle counting of inventory.
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram.
• Printing and placing of signage and price signs (POP).
• Cash handling.
• Shrink awareness and control.
• Additional duties as assigned.
