Job summary

Guitar Center in Orem, Utah is seeking an Operations Associate to manage inventory, orders, and store merchandising to enhance the customer experience.

The role focuses on stock handling, shipping/receiving, and keeping the sales floor well-presented. Requires weekend/evening availability and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. This is a part-time position in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Handle inventory control and stock management.
• Ship and receive gear and items for the store.
• Perform cycle counting of inventory and merchandising to planogram.
• Print and place signage and price signs (POP).
• Maintain shrink awareness and control.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
