Responsibilities

• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when Manager is unavailable.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using store programs (e.g., BOPIS, curbside).
• Monitor planograms, store maps, fixtures and merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Assist in theft prevention and maintain stock room organization.
• Develop and retain a collaborative, motivated team.
