School of Rock Delco is seeking a collaborative Music Teacher/Instructor to implement our curriculum and tailor plans to each student’s current level. The role is ideal for recent graduates or professional educators who love teaching music.

Ideal candidates will be musicians with formal training, strong communication, reliability, and a passion for teaching. The position requires 15-25 hours per week, with possible evenings/weekends and a supportive, student-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Knowledge of music theory and curriculum implementation.
• Working musician with formal music school training.

Responsibilities

• Implement the curriculum and create tailored lesson plans for individual students.
• Collaborate with other instructors to deliver engaging, rock-based music education.
• Schedule and teach 15-25 hours per week, including some evenings and/or weekends.
